Mega-Pak Limited are the UK and Eire distributor for the NOAX SYS AB range of UN approved packaging for the safe transport of infectious and biological substances. As well as the Noax range we have developed our own range of packaging which includes our bag in box system and bulk specimen transport systems for category B biological substances. Safety Bag In Box
- Easy to use system for the safe and effective transportation of biological substances in Category B
- Complies with the tests as laid out in the ADR Regulations (Section 6.3.2.5) and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (Section 6.6.1) – Test Reports available on request
- Each kit is supplied, ready to use, with a self sealing outer corrugated carton, leak proof inner bag and absorbent material
- Supplied in boxes of 20 complete kits
- Refurbishment items also available from stock
Noax 500ml Combi
- Fully compliant with the United Nations regulations regarding the transportation of Infectious Substances & Biological Substances in Category B. Copies of test reports can be supplied on request.
- Packs can be bought in pre-assembled packs of 30 or 60.
- Outer boxes are pre-printed for use with Biological Substances in Category B but are supplied with a label for transportation of Infectious Substances.
- Tested to both class 6.2 requirements and also 4G requirements for the transportation of small quantities of Toxic Substances.
- Individual components available for refurbishment of existing packs.
1400ml Combi Pack
- Suitable for use when the 500ml combination pack is too small to transport your category B specimens.
- Fully compliant with the United Nations regulations regarding the transportation of Biological Substances in Category B.
- Outer boxes are pre-printed for use with UN3373 Biological Substances in Category B as well as orientation arrows.
- Packs are supplied pre-assembled packs of 12.
Noax Dry Ice
- Fully complaint with the United Nations regulations regarding the transportation of Infectious Substances & Biological Substances in Category B. Copies of test reports can be supplied on request.
- Outer boxes are pre-printed for use with Biological Substances in Category B but are supplied with a label for transportation of Infectious Substances.
- 3Ltr pack is suitable for sending shipments with both dry ice and chill packs
- Designed to keep specimens chilled below 0°C for 72 hours when used with dry ice.
- Individual components available for refurbishment of existing packs.
Bulk specimen transport
- Fully compliant with the United Nations regulations regarding the transportation of Biological Substances in Category B.
- Ideal for the transportation of larger quantities of urine, blood, and various other primary containers.
- Systems can be locked together to enable the safe transportation of multiple shippers.
- Separate trolley wheels available for the efficient movement of multiple shippers.
- Internal components and outer boxes available separately for refurbishment.

95kpa safety bags
Fully certified 95kpa bags which are available in three different sizes.
Small – 130mm x 165mm + 110mm Sealing Flap (90mm opening)
Medium – 190mm x 235mm + 130mm Sealing Flap (140mm opening)
Large – 220mm x 295mm + 130mm Sealing Flap (170mm opening)
100% leak proof, tamperproof and 95kpa complaint at -40oC to +55oC which meets ADR and IATA requirements and are independently tested by BVI in Belgium.
Ideal for use as a secondary watertight receptacle in accordance with ADR and IATA regulations for shipping Biological Substances. Simply add contents and absorbent material, seal zipper closed, peel away the blue banding and fold down to complete the printed circle.

Absorbant Material
It is a legal requirement that absorbent material must be used to soak up any spillages that may occur during transport.
We have four different types of super absorbent, depending on your requirement, available from stock.
